If you have NO feelings on the emotion, please score a 0.
TEN represents the most intense feeling that you have ever felt.
(I know… hard to achieve but possible.)

Just answer as honestly as you are able.

The table includes 4 positive emotions and 6 negative emotions.
The table will reverse score the negative emotions; therefore, your score will be graded on a 100 percent score.

For best results, consider recording your emotions first BEFORE your creativity session and then at the end of your session.

Journaling can enhance the meaning and value of the Emotion Diary quantitative score.

Set your timer for ten minutes and just write your thoughts.

Again, for best results, consider journaling BEFORE and AFTER your maker session.
