The 20 minute solution

Every day, we each get 24 hours.

If you divide those 24 hours into 20 minute segments, each day provides 72 sessions. 

We all have to sleep, and most of us have to work at some job, and we spend a certain amount of time each day commuting, eating, running errands… 

But, if there is something that you truly want to do, something that you want to accomplish in your life in order to be content with yourself– If there is some dream you wish you could make come true– then by stealing 20 minutes, here and there, throughout each day, you will gradually progress toward that goal!

Who cannot take 20 minutes, maybe by getting up earlier each day, to pursue that dream?  If you can grab 2 other 20-minute sessions each day (maybe during lunch break — maybe instead of watching TV) you have gained ONE HOUR each day.  One hour each day is nearly an entire work day each week.  If you put your mind to it, think of what you could accomplish if each week you had an extra DAY to pursue your dream!
